Mass Loaded Vinyl
Ultra-mute is a high-density vinyl-based sound deadening membrane. These sound-deadening membranes are also known as Mass Loaded Vinyl or MLV as they have high surface density
Ultra-mute contains thermoplastic components with vinyl-polymer that are rigid against fire and high temperature.
With an advanced chemical composition of the viscoelastic polymer, the Ultra-Mute sound barrier offers high sound insulation in both industrial and architectural construction elements without increasing the thickness.
This mass loaded vinyl works as a sound barrier with properties of anti-resonant act as a soundproofing membrane. Sound insulation sheets block noise transmission from one side to the other side.
Ultra-mute mass loaded vinyl or MLV has properties of reducing mechanical vibration and acting as noise dampening sheet.
